Carlton, a self taught musician has been in love with music since as long he can remember. He lives his dream as he has been playing for over 15 years. Ever since his father placed a guitar in his hand he has been commissioned to bless people with the gift of music. As one of many musicians in his family, music came as a second language to him.
At an early age Carlton’s first love was the drums. He was a slave to the rhythm. Although his heart was with the drums he couldn’t quite keep up with his siblings as they were excelling on the drums. After about 3 years struggling, he decided to make a change. He picked up his father’s bass and began picking away. Immediately he developed a love for this great instrument. The rest is history. God blessed his hands and the gift was magnified over the years. He has been privileged to play for some of the biggest names in Gospel music. He looks forward to this opportunity to spread his gift in the Jazz arena. He is influenced an inspired by any person who dares to express themselves through music.
